SeniorsPlus will present 11th annual
Aging Well Living Well expo on Oct. 5

If you are an older adult who understands the importance of living a healthy, active lifestyle, then the annual SeniorsPlus Aging Well Living Well Expo on Friday, October 5, at Sunday River, is a “must attend” event.

Highlights will include:

• Keynote speaker Dr. Marilyn Gugliucci will open the day, talking about intimacy and sexuality along the path of aging.

• Classes and workshops included in the $25 registration fee, ranging from informative and educational to fun and creative

• Breakfast and lunch included  

• Explore necessary, serious learning such as preparing for the future, Medicare, age-proofing the home, gambling, fraud/scams, Lyme Disease, and other topics. 

• Try some first-time explorations – Tai Chi, self-defense, crafts, mindfulness, Maine gems, water fitness, backyard birdwatching, and more. 

• Exhibitors booths will display a variety of products, services, and information. 

• Raffles for great gifts will benefit the SeniorsPlus Education Center.

• Chondola ride tickets are just $3, to the top of the mountain for foliage viewing.
