Part of living well is to eat nutritious meals. We have several senior meal programs that can help.

Our dining sites offer a mid-day meal to older adults and people with disabilities. The meals offer an opportunity to socialize and meet new friends. Many locations offer educational, health and social programs. It is a chance for a change of pace and to let someone else do the cooking and clean-up. Meals are low in salt, fat, and sugar, but high in nutrition and flavor.
We ask for a donation of $3.00 for each meal. Others are welcome, but we charge $6.50 per meal.

A tasty, well, balanced meal can be delivered to the homes of people who are homebound, unable to prepare meals, and have no help to prepare meals.
It is difficult for older people who are ill or have a disability to get good nutrition. Our monthly menus are varied, appealing, and nutritious. The meals are delivered with smiles.
We ask for a donation of $3.00 for each meal.
